The project comprises the redevelopment of the existing PLA control centre at Gravesend on the River Thames, inclusive of design development from RIBA 3 through to completion.
Project Works Overview
Enabling works comprise relocation of the existing control centre to a temporary location, partial demolition of the existing building including protection of listed features adjacent.
New Superstructure works comprise installation of an additional storey at roof level and full façade render complete with window replacement, new floor slab layout, lift and access stairs, installation of internal walls and finishes, mechanical and electrical services to house the new control centre, management, and administration facilities.
