J3 were responsible for supply & installation to 120sqm of discreet fix rainscreen cladding.
We were also responsible for all sub frame bracketry, insulation & cavity barriers to ensure installation is in line with current building regulations.
Additionally were contracted to install 300sqm of single skin sheet cladding to plant screens on the roof, all secondary steel work inclusive of forming corners were completed of the highest standard of our inhouse specialists.
J3 has been a fantastic asset to the Fosters Estate project. The Cladding installed on the rooftop plantroom has received numerous compliments from the various stakeholders within the scheme. They have been extremely user-friendly in terms of providing cost options, technical assistance, and a high standard of installation. I look forward to using J3 on any future projects.
